Wisconsin Investcast, a state-of-the-art investment casting facility, is your best choice to supply highly engineered products for demanding industrial applications. Completely integrated from tool design and development, solidification modeling, through wax pattern molding, shell molding, casting, and non-destructive QA testing, we have the ability to produce investment castings that weigh from ounces, to large castings up to 600 lbs. / 272 kg., with ship weights of 300 lbs. / 136 kg. Concurrent engineering services help consider manufacturability during product design, to reduce development time and cost. Wisconsin Investcast is known for producing complex metal components in a wide variety of alloys, and some of the largest investment castings in the world. Net Shape Solutions
Investment casting (lost wax) is ideal for the manufacture of components with complex internal and external configurations. Net-shaped casting requires little or no post-production finishing and is an economical alternative for heavily-machined parts and multi-piece weldments.
