MetalTek has vast, dedicated facilities highly equipped for welded fabrications. Our fully integrated operation has processing capabilities that allow us to handle all aspects of your fabrication needs from the component level to full assemblies. MetalTek provides the capabilities and skills necessary to create a multitude of metal components, weldments and complete assemblies.
MetalTek Welded Fabrication Capabilities
Weld capabilities include Manual, Automated / DSP, and Orbital Welding. In addition, on site Liquid-penetrant, Florescent-penetrant, in-line hydro static testing and radiography allows us to certify welds and assemblies to your demanding specifications. You will receive fabricated assemblies with integrity.
MetalTek's Full Integration Capabilities
The full integration of casting, machining, and fabrication allows us to specialize in fabricated assemblies produced from centrifugal casting, sand casting, and investment casting products produced in-house. We produce one-off as well as volume fabricated assemblies for a wide range of processing plants and industries. Petrochemical tube assemblies, steel mill rolls, and many many other fabricated assemblies run through our shop.
