Memorial Benches
Designers of 1000#, 12 foot long benches for the Pentagon Memorial came to MetalTek for help in alloy selection and product design for a memorial that needed to "last a lifetime". Various alloy materials were trialed before a modified grade with restricted chemical ranges was selected. Specialized tooling, processing and fixtures helped realize the designer's vision.
