Sigma Blades
Blades for a large industrial mixer customer provided a casting challenge because of large part size and complex geometry. MetalTek managed key sources of part distortion in the manufacturing process by creating special part fixtures and developing an alloy specific to the application. We were able to provide blades for a very tight tolerance envelope that others simply could not.
