Our state-of-the-art investment cast facility focuses on supplying highly engineered products for rigorous industrial applications. The operation is completely integrated from tool design and development, through wax molding, shell molding, casting, and trim.
We offer you concurrent engineering services to help consider manufacturability during product design, especially if your products feature thin walls and cored sections. Your assigned project engineer manages your project from tool design through production.
A significant strength of Wisconsin Investcast is our ability to produce large investment castings. We pour castings up to 600#, with net weights of 300#.
Sophisticated net shape products are available using the proprietary integration of investment castings from Wisconsin Investcast with the centrifugal casting processes at Wisconsin Centrifugal. The result can be products that greatly reduce machining costs, sometimes saving thousands of dollars per part.
