Alloy Grade UNS: C95200 – Highly Ductile Alloy

  • Overview

C95200 is a highly ductile alloy and is suited for moderate and light duty service. Widely used as a bushing and bearing material, it has excellent "seating" ability. Softer than other aluminum bronzes, it has good wear resistance, good impact and fatigue strength, and high elongation. It is readily machined and has excellent resistance to corrosion. Also referred as MTEK 125, this alloy contains 88% copper and 9% aluminum.

  • Typical Uses

Bushings, bearings, forming rolls and dies, gears, marine propulsion, pickling equipment, pump and valve components, seals, wear rings, wear-resistant parts.
