  • Overview

    A hard aluminum bronze alloy, MTEK 175 possesses unusually high compressive strength, very high resistance to wear and abrasion, very good antifriction qualities, and superior non-galling and non-scratching characteristics. MTEK 175 contains up to 11% aluminum. The copper provides a good anti-microbial properties as well.

  • Typical Uses

    Bushings, bearings, forming rolls and dies, gears, marine propulsion, pickling equipment, pump and valve components, seals, wear rings, and wear-resistant parts.
