Overview
High nickel-leaded bronzes are commonly called nickel silvers because they have a grey or silver appearance rather than the traditional bronze color. This alloy offers great corrosion resistance. Also called dairy metal or leaded nickel bronze.
Typical Uses
This 20% nickel silver alloy meets sanitary requirements for milk pump components and other parts for food handling equipment. It's also used for valve and pump components, fittings, and marine applications.
