Alloy Grade UNS: CD4MCuN, 1B – Seawater Corrosion Resistance

  • Overview

CD4MCuN has excellent seawater corrosion resistance combined with nearly twice the strength of common stainless steels. As a duplex steel, it has boosted mechanical properties and with up to 26.5% chromium the corrosion resistance is enhanced.

  • Typical Uses

Centrifuge and dewatering equipment, couplings, heat exchangers, offshore piping systems, paper rolls, pulp digesters, pump and valve components, pressure vessels.

  • MetalTek Grade

    MTEK 29MN
