Alloy Grade UNS: C95510 – Highly Flexible Alloys

  • Overview

C955100 is a high-strength alloy and, in many cases, has the strength of steel but also has great corrosion resistance. Also referred to as AMS 4880, it is a highly flexible alloy that yields outstanding wear and galling resistance. This alloy contains 10.3% aluminum, 5% nickel, and 3.7% iron. It's used for applications such as marine applications, pump and valve parts, and wear rings.

  • Typical Uses

Aircraft bearings, bushings, desalination components, fittings, gears, marine propulsion, pump and valve components, wear rings.
