Alloy Grade UNS: HE – Higher Chrome and Nickel

  • Overview

    MetalTek Grade MTEK 29-10 is a higher chrome and nickel alloy. It brings greater strength and ductility. The Service Limit is 2000 degrees Fahrenheit (1095 degrees Celsius). The chemistry includes chromium, nickel, manganese, and silicon. The added chromium of up to 30% helps boost corrosion resistance. This alloy is also referred as cast UNS J93403 and cast grade HE.

    Furnace fixtures, ore roasting equipment, oven exhaust, tube supports.
